1) take product and apply to desired area (small amount). If your product is meant for face, apply the product behind the ears. If your product is for body, apply on armpit or wrist.
2) if its soap, rinse it off as usual. If its cream/ lotion, leave it in as how you will normally do.
3) look for signs of reaction after 24hours.
4) if there is non, you can continue using the product on ur whole body. If there is a reaction, wait for 1-2 weeks and redo the patch test on the opposite site. If there is still reaction, you might be allergic to 1-2 ingredients in the product.
Do a further patch test with your nearest dermatologist to know which specific ingredient are you allergic to and avoid those ingredients at all time.
Note: make sure you are not taking any antihistamine or steroids during this time (24hours) (medications for allergy, ashtma or flu)
